Our services include but are not limited to:

• Paint repair and touch-ups
• Dent removal and repair
• Scratch and scuff repair
• Bumper repair
• Minor collision repair
• Mobile on-site service at customer locations

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Bumper Busters Mobile Auto Body & Paint are approximate and subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual extent of damage discovered during repair
• Hidden damage not visible in photos or initial assessment
• Parts availability and pricing changes
• Additional work requested by customer

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger repairs.

4. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via phone or email. We require:

• At least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Adequate workspace at service location (driveway, parking area, etc.)
• Access to electrical outlets if required for specific repairs
• Weather-permitting conditions for outdoor repairs

No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or equipment issues.

5. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide comprehensive mobile repair services, certain repairs may require shop facilities. We will inform you if your vehicle needs to be taken to a body shop for:

• Major structural damage
• Frame straightening
• Complete panel replacement requiring welding
• Repairs requiring specialized equipment not available in mobile units

Safety is our priority. We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or if the repair cannot be performed to our quality standards in a mobile setting.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Bumper Busters Mobile Auto Body & Paint stands behind our work with the following warranties:

• Workmanship Warranty: 1 year guarantee on labor and paint application
• Paint Warranty: Warranty against peeling, flaking, or excessive fading
• Parts Warranty: Manufacturer warranty applies to all parts used

Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear occurring after repair. To maintain warranty coverage, customers must follow care instructions provided.

7. Liability and Insurance

Bumper Busters Mobile Auto Body & Paint is a licensed and insured auto body repair business. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage not related to current repair work
• Damage to customer property not directly caused by our services
• Loss of vehicle use during repair period
• Consequential or indirect damages

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own vehicle insurance. We recommend verifying coverage for repairs with your insurance provider before service.

8. Photo Submissions

When you submit photos of your vehicle for estimate purposes:

• You retain ownership of your photos
• You grant Bumper Busters Mobile Auto Body & Paint a license to use photos for estimate preparation
• Clear, well-lit photos help ensure accurate estimates
• We may request additional photos if initial submissions are unclear

Bumper Busters Mobile Auto Body & Paint may use before/after photos for marketing purposes with your permission.

9. Intellectual Property
